Job Descriptions

-Lead the development and implementation of the local ESG system and policies. -Define ESG targets for various departments, monitor progress, and ensure continuous improvement. -Research and track local ESG policies and regulations, providing legal interpretations and collaborating with relevant departments to ensure full ESG compliance. -Collect, calculate, and analyze ESG-related data, leading the preparation of local or country-specific ESG reports as required. -Manage ESG expectations and requirements from customers, government agencies, and other stakeholders, while addressing concerns and maintaining strong institutional relationships. -Responsible for ESG award applications and driving internal/external ESG culture through the planning and execution of activities. -Support sales and branding teams in external ESG exchanges and communication initiatives. -Organize ESG training and educational programs to enhance employee awareness and participation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Energy, Sustainability, or related fields, at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Expertise in ESG, Sustainability, ISO 26000, Carbon Footprint, CSR, LCA, SDGs, Net Zero, Decarbonization, and Circular Economy.
Familiarity with Labor Law, Environmental Law, and Human Rights regulations.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with strong leadership and analytical thinking.
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) for both written and verbal communication (HSK5 or above required).
