Job Descriptions

-Oversee the community relations maintenance system and coordinate internal resources to achieve community outreach goals. -Establish and maintain regular communication with community groups, NGOs, and government sectors while developing long-term partnerships and feedback mechanisms. -Conduct regular community risk assessments, such as employment impact and cultural preservation, to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. -Support other departments in external communications and handle stakeholder grievances or expectations regarding community impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Sciences, Liberal Arts, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related fields, at least 3 years of relevant experience).
Experience in CSR, Social Risk Management, Biodiversity, and Climate Change Mitigation.
Passionate about community engagement and social responsibility.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to handle community complaints and build positive relationships with local residents.
Good command of English (Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus).
Candidates with CSR-DIW (Registered CSR Professional) or equivalent will be prioritized.
