Job Descriptions
· Participate in NPI control run, on-site support/monitor control run performance.
· Evaluate quality performance during NPI stages.
· Review test coverage and test plan.
· Continue improvement during MP, drive improvement of CM.
· Quality issue handling.
· Manage company assets (testing fixtures/equipment), including repurposing assets for new projects.
· Responsible for line relocation and validation.
· Support business team to create Capacity plan during SOW stage, validate capacity in NPI and maintain MP.
· Production performance evaluation and continuous improvement, including but not limited to quality, output, and downtime performance.
· Identify risk of production & shipment, work with supplier for mitigation.
· Conduct new supplier audits and existing supplier annual audits.
Qualifications
- Background or experience in electronics, electrical engineering, or mechatronics, University of Technology degree.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in electronic production company, good understand of smarthome device production is preferred. At least 3 years of supplier quality engineer.
- Good understanding of consumer electronic manufacturing tests, RF, Audio, Optical...etc., with the ability to analyze circuits and electrical properties.
- Familiar with the use of electronic instruments, experienced/proficient with tools such as multimeters, power supplies, spectrum analyzers.
- Good knowledge or experience of quality control tool such as PPAP, MSA, SPC 8D.
- Good knowledge or experience of production control, such as OEE, quality yield, downtime, production plan, UPH, etc
