Job Descriptions
1.Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including network, computers, and office equipment
2.Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems
3.Monitor and maintain network performance (Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
4.Manage user accounts, access rights, and data security
5.Provide daily IT support to employees (hardware/software issues)
6.Maintain file servers, shared folders, and data backup systems
7.Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary
8.Support office systems such as printers,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Basic knowledge of network systems (routers, switches, Wi-Fi configuration)
- Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common business software
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Basic understanding of user account management and access control
- Able to manage printers, scanners, and other office IT equipment
- Basic knowledge of data backup and antivirus/security practices
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Basic English communication skills (reading/writing)
