Job Descriptions-Collaborate with internal departments to determine procurement needs and develop procurement plans.
-Analyze procurement requirements, including quality, quantity, and budgetary considerations with comparing and recommendation
-Identify potential suppliers/vendors and evaluate their capabilities, reliability, and quality of products/services.
-Generate purchase orders based on approved requisitions and supplier quotations.
-Review purchase orders for accuracy and completeness before issuing to suppliers.
-Track order status and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
-Generate reports and provide procurement-related data and analysis as required
