Key Responsibilities Application Support - Monitor systems and provide support for enterprise applications, ranging from L1 to L2 depending on your expertise. - Investigate and resolve system incidents, and assist with application deployments, patches, and configuration changes. - Act as the primary escalation point for critical production incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to implement permanent fixes, and maintain operational runbooks. Database Administration - Handle routine DBA tasks such as user management, system health checks, verifying database backups, and running basic SQL queries for data validation. - Follow established security, access controls, and compliance procedures. - Take full ownership of installing and configuring database systems, optimize performance (query tuning & indexing), manage disaster recovery strategies, and automate routine tasks using scripts (e.g., Shell, Python, PowerShell, or .NET).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Have experience 3 - 5 years
Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.
Strong service-minded attitude with a passion for helping users, coupled with an eagerness to learn new technologies and systems.
For Senior Level: Proven hands-on experience in L2 Support and Database Administration. Strong understanding of application architectures and APIs. Experience with Cloud platforms, DevOps practices, or ITSM tools (like JIRA) will be considered a strong advantage.
Familiarity with Linux or Windows operating systems, paired with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
