procedures, incentive policies (e.g., BOI privileges), and cargo supervision requirements for Thailand’s major Free Trade Zones (such as Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok Free Trade Zone, Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), etc.) 2.1 Ability to independently and accurately prepare and process full sets of import/export documents, including:Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading\ Thai Certificate of Origin (C/O, Form D/E, etc.)\Customs Declarations and related customs forms\Import Licenses (if required)\Insurance Policy, Inspection Certificate, etc. 2.2 Familiar with local bank document negotiation procedures and Letter of Credit (L/C) requirements in Thailand 3.1 Hands-on experience in liaising with Thai Customs and handling clearance matters. 3.2 Ability to calculate import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), and other related fees 3.3 Capable of handling unexpected issues such as inspections, detained goods, and requests for additional information, and able to find quick solutions 4.1 Understanding of transportation modes, costs, and transit times within Thailand and internationally (especially the China-Thailand shipping route) 4.2 Familiar with cargo management, inventory control, inbound and outbound processes for bonded warehouses and general warehouses 4.3 Possesses basic knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance. 5.1 Language: Fluent in Thai (essential, for communication with local customs and logistics providers); Proficient in English (for international documentation and communication); Proficiency in Chinese is a significant plus 5.2 Software: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; Familiar with at least one mainstream ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or trade/logistics management software.
