วัตถุประสงค์ตำแหน่ง | Job Purpose
เพื่อเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญหลักในการดูแล ปรับปรุง และยกระดับระบบ IT Infrastructure, Network, Cybersecurity และ IT Operations ขององค์กร ให้มั่นคง ปลอดภัย และรองรับการขยายตัวของธุรกิจในสภาพแวดล้อม โรงงานอุตสาหกรรม (สุขสวัสดิ์) และสำนักงานใหญ่ (ชิดลม) บุคคลในตำแหน่งนี้ต้องสามารถทำงานภาคสนาม ลงมือแก้ปัญหาได้เองทันที และบริหารงานร่วมกับ Vendor / Outsource ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ความรับผิดชอบหลัก | Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure Management
•ดูแล บริหาร และพัฒนาระบบ IT Infrastructure ทั้ง Server, Storage, NAS, Cloud และระบบสำรองข้อมูล (Backup/DR)
•ดูแลระบบพื้นฐาน: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Print Server
•ดูแล Virtualization Platform เช่น VMware vSphere / Hyper-V
•ดูแลและบริหารระบบ ERP ในส่วน IT Infrastructure (SAP, TWMS, SCADA, LIMS) ร่วมกับทีม Operations
•ดูแลระบบ CCTV, Access Control, IP Phone ภายในโรงงานและสำนักงานใหญ่
2. Network Infrastructure
•บริหารจัดการระบบเครือข่าย LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi ให้มีเสถียรภาพ รองรับการทำงาน 24/7 ในโรงงาน และสำนักงานใหญ่
•Configuration และ troubleshoot อุปกรณ์ Cisco, HP, Fortinet และ Mikrotik
•ออกแบบและจัดทำ Network Diagram, IP Plan และ Network Documentation
•ดูแล Bandwidth Management, QoS และ Monitoring ระบบ Network
3. Cybersecurity & Compliance
•ดูแลระบบ Firewall Policy, Email Security, Endpoint Protection, Access Control
•Incident Response และการตรวจสอบ Security Log
•รองรับการตรวจสอบตามมาตรฐาน ISO 27001 หรือ SOX/IT Audit ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•บริหารจัดการสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงระบบตาม Principle of Least Privilege
4. Project & Vendor Management
•ดูแลและบริหารงาน Project ด้าน IT Infrastructure เช่น การติดตั้ง/อัปเกรด Network, Server, Wi-Fi, Firewall
•ควบคุมและประสานงานกับ Vendor, Outsource, ISP ให้เป็นไปตาม SLA
•จัดทำเอกสาร: Project Plan, Deployment Checklist, Test Report, UAT
•บริหาร IT Asset และวางแผน Lifecycle ของอุปกรณ์
5. User Support & Operations
•ให้การสนับสนุนผู้ใช้งานภายในองค์กรในประเด็นเชิงเทคนิคระดับสูง
•จัดทำ SOP Knowledge Base และ IT Policy สำหรับองค์กร
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Infrastructure / Network / Security ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในสภาพแวดล้อมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม / Manufacturing จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป — ต้องการผู้มีวุฒิภาวะ ความอดทน และทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมอุตสาหกรรมได้
- ใบรับรอง / Certifications (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
