Job Descriptions1.General Ledger Support: Assist with GL accounting processes, including auditing payment vouchers, recording payments, invoice posting, cost accounting, expense claims, fixed assets, and Accounts Receivable (AR).
2.Tax Compliance: Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual filing of VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and Stamp Duty.
3.Government Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for requests from various government authorities.
4.Audit Support: Coordinate and assist with internal and external audit requirements.
5.Closing Tasks: Complete month-end closing and other periodic financial tasks on time.
6.Intercompany Coordination: Assist Headquarters' finance colleagues with intercompany reconciliations and other collaborative tasks.
7.Administrative & Ad-hoc: Handle miscellaneous administrative or financial tasks and other temporary assignments from supervisors.
