Job Descriptions1. Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the domestic sales departments. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
2. Identify and develop appropriate strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities with the local and oversea.
3. Analyze, develop and implement the loyalty the opportunities to engage with key customer segments.
4. Oversee and manage total Marcom budget, reviews, reporting and approvals at the property level and in line with the standard guidelines and requirements.
5. To explore new innovative idea & strategic direction to enrich and grow overall brand equity & marketing campaign
6. Organize and facilitate marketing activities such as marketing events, photo & video shooting, agency briefing and supervise the production process to produce all campaign materials.
7. Work with the corporate sales and operation team in developing and executing communication and activation activities to improve their lead generation performance.
8. Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
9. Translating key corporate messages for internal & external consumption, researching and preparing speeches/presentations.
10. To generate customer brand engagement & total brand experience at all touch points for both communication & retail aspects.
11. To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
12. Assist with the content creation, editing, updating information on corporate website.
