1.Handle end-to-end recruitment processes to meet staffing requirements. 2.Analyze manpower in collaboration with hiring managers. 3.Improve and develop effective recruitment processes. 4.Support onboarding and employee development initiatives. 5.Prepare reports and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. 6.A fast-paced, professional environment where your ideas matter. 7.A supportive team culture focused on continuous improvement. Training 1.Plan, develop, and implement both internal and external training programs. 2.Evaluate training effectiveness and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA). 3.Coordinate with external trainers and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related fields.)
At least 5-10 years of experience in Recruitment
Strong communication, coordination, and proactive working skills.
Ability to work closely with management and cross-functional teams.
Good command in English speaking & writing
