Job Descriptions
• Lead and supervise mechanical design activities for new product development
• Create and review 3D/2D designs, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure design accuracy, functionality, and compliance with standards
• Conduct design reviews, simulations, and validation testing
• Set & control development schedule.
• Issue document for new product development.
• Cost estimation and support Cost reduction, Cost break down activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in R&D mechanical engineering (Mold Specialist)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, Aluminum die-casting, Metal sheet die – stamping and Plastic injection.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and materials
- Experience in product development within manufacturing industry (Preferred Steel, Aluminum, Plastic factory – nice to have)
- Strong expertise in CAD software (SolidWorks, Gstar, and AutoCAD) with (3D & 2D)
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Fair communication in English.
