Job Descriptions
• Plan, develop, and improve mechanical systems, components, and processes
• Coordinate and manage mold repair work.
• Mold condition assessment and plan for replacement.
• Ensure design accuracy, functionality, and compliance with standards
• Quality improvement due to mold issues.
• Support cost reduction activity.
• Support 4M change project and standard documents
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in R&D mechanical engineering (Mold Specialist)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, Aluminum die-casting, Metal sheet die – stamping and Plastic injection.
- Experience in product development within manufacturing industry (Preferred Steel, Aluminum, Plastic factory – nice to have)
- Experience in product development and testing processes
- Knowledge expertise in CAD software (SolidWorks, Gstar, and AutoCAD) with (3D & 2D)
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Fair communication in English.
