Responsible for developing General Trade Sales Strategies to drive revenue, expanding key customer base to achieve overall business objectives
•Develop and Open NEW Key Customers in each province
•Building up the new customer base and sales structure
•Currently the company has only limited number of customers > then they only can generate small sales numbers
Key Responsibilities
•Finding, Developing and Opening NEW Key Customers
•Build and maintain business relationships with NEW key accounts and strategic clients
•Collaborating with Gambol HQ Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams
•Report on sales performance and key customer insights to senior management
•Footwear or Fashion background is preferable

•Numbers of new business partner / customers development"
•Revenue sales growth

Skills & Competencies
•Good command of Vietnamese and English or Thai
•Strong New Business Development and new customer open up Skills
•Strong negotiation skills

•People management and leadership skills (can work with Distributor who has multiples brands on hands)
