Job Descriptions

1. Monthly Controlling & Reporting Perform month-end financial closing activities Prepare monthly reports on overhead, production, and sales, including key performance indicators (KPIs) Analyze cost deviations between actuals, budget, and target costs (materials and processing) Coordinate the preparation of the annual production outlook on a monthly basis Compile and submit plant reporting packages to regional teams, product lines, and headquarters Ensure all group reports are delivered within established deadlines Monitor key financial indicators and highlight significant variances to management 2. Planning & Forecasting Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the legal entity (production, overhead, and investments) Conduct scenario analyses to support management decision-making 3. Costing Prepare annual tariffs for product cost calculations and internal labor rates Review master data and costing for new materials prior to release Analyze cost structures and values for SMT (Surface Mount Technology) products 4. Ad-hoc & Project Support Propose cost improvement initiatives for internal stakeholders Support project controlling activities in SAP Maintain cost center and project center structures in compliance with Thai regulations and company standards Perform additional duties as assigned 5. Risk Management (Thailand) Investigate and analyze reported risks, consolidating them into a legal entity-level risk portfolio Support discussions with local managing directors regarding risk exposure Monitor compliance with risk management standards to ensure consistency Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management frameworks and methodologies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling or financial analysis within a multinational manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of product costing (standard costing preferred)
Advanced Excel skills (required)
Experience with SAP systems
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Good command of English with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
Fast learner with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement attitude
