Job Descriptions
1. Client Liaison: Serve as the daily point of contact for the China Client team, ensuring their requirements, feedback, and expectations are clearly understood.
2. Project Coordination: Work closely with internal R&I, Production, and Supply Chain departments to track project progress and ensure timelines are met.
3. Communication & Translation: Accurately translate and communicate technical product specifications and business requirements between Mandarin and English/Thai.
4. Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential project bottlenecks and coordinate with relevant teams to find immediate solutions.
5. Negotiation Support: Assist the Sales team in negotiating production timelines, costs, and project scopes with the client to achieve win-win outcomes.
Qualifications
- Mandarin Chinese: Native-level fluency (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory to effectively manage the China Client account and understand business nuances.
- English or Thai: Strong professional proficiency is required for internal coordination with our Thai teams and reporting to management.
- Cultural Competency: Deep understanding of Chinese business etiquette and working culture.
- Experience: Previous experience in project coordination, sales support, or account management is preferred. Experience in the cosmetics, OEM/ODM, or manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a results-driven mindset.
- Attributes: Fast learner, highly enthusiastic, and strong interpersonal skills.
