Job Descriptions
1.คีย์เอกสารและตรวจสอบเอกสารต่างๆ เช่น BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List
2.งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
3.ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า, เจ้าหน้าที่ศุลกากร, หรือฝ่ายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์, การบริหารธุรกิจ, หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี ด้าน shipping ในธุรกิจ Freight Forwarder
- ใช้โปรแกรมคีย์ใบขน Netbay และ Tiffa, EDI ได้
- ใช้ MS Office ได้, มีความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสื่อสารได้
- สามารถใช้ email ในการติดต่อประสานงานได้
- จัดทำใบขนขาเข้า/ขาออกโดยรถไฟได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
