Job Descriptions

1. Lead and coordinate spare parts operations, focusing on supply rates, backorder monitoring, inventory accuracy, and closed-loop supply chain management. 2. Accurately forecast spare parts demand based on historical data and manage procurement planning to ensure timely delivery and quality. 3. Establish efficient inventory levels and manage daily warehouse processes including bin-location, inbound/outbound flows, and regular stock takes. 4. Monitor parts quality and handle claims related to arrival discrepancies and export business customer issues. 5. Manage and train local personnel while optimizing management systems and standard operating procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Analyze usage data and regularly report inventory status, fulfillment rates, and costs to support management decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management, Automotive Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years specifically in the spare parts field.
Proven experience in front-line spare parts order management, spare parts planning, or warehouse management operations is preferred.
Business-level proficiency in English, with Chinese language skills being a strong advantage.
Proficiency in ERP, SAP, WMS, and other supply chain management systems for advanced data analysis.
Strong numerical logic, analytical thinking, and professional reporting skills.
Expertise in inventory optimization, balancing stock levels to effectively avoid shortages and overstocking.
Sharp cost control awareness, maintaining optimal inventory costs while meeting all supply requirements.
