• แก้ไขปัญหา Hardware, Software , Network
• Install , upgrade computer Hardware / Software
• ประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาผ่านระบบ E-mail และ Ticket
• Call / Remote Support ให้กับ user
• ปฏิบัติงานตามที่หัวหน้ามอบหมาย
• บันทึกรายละเอียดและทรัพย์สินคอมพิวเตอร์ลงในเอกสารแบบฟอร์ม
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ ฝึกงาน 4 เดือน ถึง 1ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารดี
- มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีทักษะการติดต่อประสานงานกับ user ได้ดี มี Service mind
