Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced System Developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting ERP solutions while ensuring system stability, scalability, and compliance with best practices.
The position also acts as a technical lead, supporting deployment and integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize D365 F&O solutions using X++.
- Design and implement system enhancements following Microsoft best practices (extension-based development).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues.
- Develop integrations using OData, REST APIs, and data entities.
- Manage code deployment using Azure DevOps (CI/CD).
- Support database refresh, cloning, and environment management (Sandbox / Production).
- Participate in solution design, impact analysis, and technical documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Support constraint-based product configuration development (if applicable).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in D365 F&O development.
- Strong expertise in X++ development (Forms, Tables, Classes, Reports).
- Experience with Azure DevOps and release management.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and integration skills.
- Experience in ERP implementation projects preferred.
- Microsoft certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
