Job Descriptions
- Create 2D/3D models and comprehensive construction drawings.
- Develop and optimize integrated MEP drawings.
- Verify design compliance with regulations, dimensions, and material specs.
- Perform site surveys and field measurements for precision.
- Generate As-built drawings and maintain project documentation.
Qualifications
- All genders, age 18 years and above.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in engineering drawing, drafting, or related functions.
- Strong proficiency in 2D/3D engineering drawing and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp).
- Good communication skills in English or Chinese (both verbal and written) is highly preferred.
