Job Descriptions

Main Responsibilities: •Plan and execute improvement projects and Kaizen workshops at the plant level. •Support the achievement of Key Business Drivers and Strategic Initiatives. •Drive continuous process improvement using Lean Manufacturing principles to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and improve safety. •Propose, implement, and maintain company best practices and benchmark initiatives with other plants. •Evaluate, validate, and introduce new Lean management methods and tools. •Co-lead the implementation and sustainability of 5S practices in operations. •Deliver OPEX training and support employees at the plant level. •Establish frameworks for reward and idea management systems in coordination with the direct supervisor and HR department. •Lead the rollout of communication campaigns and sustain awareness of operational excellence initiatives across the plant. •Apply Lean tools and techniques such as the 7 Wastes (Muda), Just-in-Time (takt, flow, pull), Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, problem-solving methodologies, FIFO, and 5S. •Lead workplace organization initiatives, including layout optimization when necessary. •Works closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
Proven experience working in a Lean environment and leading Lean initiatives is required.
Demonstrated experience leading Lean transformation at a plant level is an advantage.
Experience in a multinational and multicultural environment is preferred.
Strong methodological knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher is required.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership abilities.
Excellent training, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Strong IT skills (MS Office) and effective collaboration capabilities.
Innovative mindset with the ability to drive operational improvements.
Positive attitude with openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
High attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement opportunities.
Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Strong coaching and training capabilities in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and OPEX tools.
