Job Descriptions

• Lead end-to-end project management from product development to commercial launch • Own and drive new product rollout strategy within Thailand operations • Act as Single Point of Contact for product localization and factory implementation • Coordinate with HQ in Europe and international stakeholders • Manage cross-functional teams including QA, RA, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, HR, and Finance • Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, FDA, EU MDR, and quality system requirements • Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation • Support validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ, process improvement, and change control • Oversee Design & Development activities to ensure project success and timely delivery • Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to enhance product portfolio strategy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
10–12 years of Project Management experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries
Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, validation, and regulatory requirements
PMP Certification is an advantage
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Excellent English communication skills
