Job Descriptions
- Responsible for researching overseas market opportunities and push feasibility analysis based on regional strategy.
- Responsible for researching user needs and competitive environment, completing overseas product definition and LACU setting, reaching multi-objective balance, and monitoring the achievement of product definition objectives, as well as completing
product USP report.
- Responsible for the product market equations, and monitor the achievement of the target.
- Responsible for product life cycle management, including MSRP, competitive strategy, product status, product operation, etc., and propose product facelift strategies according to market demands.
- Support sales department to make retail promotion strategy.
- Help implement communication strategies.
- Participate in a variety of ad-hoc projects, including the formulation and implementation of organizational procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related fields.
- With 2 years or more work experience product planning or product strategy positions in automotive company, with enough hands-on experience.
- Excellent product planning skills, able to develop reasonable product definition and market equation based on market demand, user feedback and technology trends, then effectively drive product planning from concept to implementation, and reach the target set in the market equation.
- Independent thinking and forward-looking insights, as well as good organization, coordination, communication and integration skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken in English / Chinese is a plus
