Job Descriptions
Employee Relations & Discipline Management 50 %
-Manage employee grievances, complaints, and disciplinary cases.
-Conduct investigations related to employee misconduct and workplace disputes.
-Recommend appropriate corrective actions and resolutions.
2.Labor Law Compliance 30 %
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor changes in labor legislation and provide guidance to management.

5.Manager Support & Consultation
6.Reporting & Documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, or HR Generalist roles
- Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Protection Act and other employment regulations.
- Good command of English communication
- Experience working with labor unions and handling disciplinary cases.
- Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
