Job Descriptions

•Plan, control, and monitor project progress to ensure it meets the project schedule and timeline. •Analyze and evaluate product results from manufacturing process design. •Define corrective and improvement measures to control product quality and meet customer requirements. •Coordinate with customers, mold makers, and production. •Prepare progress reports, issues, and solutions at each stage of the project. •Coordinate with customers, mold makers, and production. •PPAP document to submit to customer on time •Control and report progress of engineering changes (ECR) •Other job assigned by superior, and mentioned in all regulations, manuals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in an Engineering and QA within the plastic injection, electronics, or automotive parts industry
Strong knowledge of mold structure and plastic injection processes
Ability to design jigs, fixtures, and related programs
Solid understanding of IATF 16949, including core tools
Proficient in using high precision inspection and measurement equipment
Skilled in 2D/3D CAD and CAM software
Ability to read and interpret mold drawings
Good command of English (written and spoken)
