Job Descriptions

Responsibility: 1. Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits. 2. Collect and analyze employees data. 3. Adhere to regulatory standards, organize Welfare committee / White factory . 4. Conduct discipline, punishment and exit interviews. 5. Inspecting and improving the physical environment, such as lighting and security. 6. Investigating workplace situations. 7. Improving HR policies and the way the company treats employees to improve team relationships. 8. Other job assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Laws, Business Administration, or a related field.
More than 5 years working experience in human resources, more than 3 years working experience as ER role in large enterprises, automotive factory working experience is preferred.
Have a deep understanding of the human resources profession and business processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in both Thai and English languages (both written and verbal) is required. Additionally, the ability to communicate in Chinese would be an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canvas and other relevant software.
