Job Descriptions
Position: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Samutprakarn
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Support recruitment, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Manage performance management and employee development.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and policy implementation.
- Drive organizational development, employee engagement, and change management.
- Support compensation & benefits reviews and HR compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, PDPA, and company policies.
Working days: Mon-Fri 08.30-17.30
Salary: 55,000-65,000 THB

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Political Science, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- At least 5 years as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, PDPA, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Good English communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
