Job Descriptions
1.ควบคุมการผลิต: วางแผนการผลิต และ ดูแลการทำงานของเครื่องจักร (เช่น CNC, Lathe, Milling) ให้เป็นไปตามแผน
2.งานบริหารบุคลากร :จัดตารางการทำงาน สอนงาน และประเมินผลพนักงานในแผนก
3.ควบคุมคุณภาพ :ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงาน ลดของเสีย (NG) และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าเมื่อเครื่องจักรขัดข้อง
4.ปรับปรุงกระบวนการ:ร่วมพัฒนาการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นและลดต้นทุน(Kaizen/Lean)
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านเครื่องจักรกลหรือควบคุมสายการผลิตอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
- Excel Expert
- มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำและการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- ทำงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้
