Job Descriptions
• Bookkeeping of the accounting transaction.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies and bank statements.
• Prepare and close monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, and Cashflow Statement).
• Prepare all taxes report (PND3, 53, 54, 50, 51, PP30, 36, 54).
• Prepare payment per client request.
• Coordinate with auditors, clients, and revenue department.
• Answers accounting and taxation questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
• Provide a professional accounting services delivery to both Thais and foreign clients.
• Leverage the challenge or any opportunities to management when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
- At least 7 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong experience in full-set accounting and month-end closing
- Practical experience using SAP or ERP systems is required
- Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, account reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of Thai taxation, including VAT, withholding tax, PND.50 and PND.51
- Able to review accounting work and provide guidance to junior staff
- Able to work independently and resolve accounting issues
- Experience working in an accounting firm, outsourcing environment, or on-site at clients’ offices would be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and client management skills
- Able to communicate in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Able to prepare and respond to professional business emails in English.
