Job Descriptions

Production and process optimization: achieving monthly/annual production targets and maximizing equipment utilization. Quality Control (QA/QC): Maintaining precise quality standards and reducing defect rates for key air conditioner components (compressors, heat exchangers, etc.). Cost reduction and budget management: reducing cost of goods sold (COGS), managing materials, and optimizing the plant operating budget (OPEX). Safety and Environmental Management (HSE): Supervision of zero industrial accidents and environmentally friendly manufacturing processes (management of hazardous substance emissions). Supply Chain and Inventory Management: Shortening SCM lead times from raw material procurement to finished product shipment, and managing responsiveness to and delivery to customers (global home appliance brands) Organizational and labor management: resolving conflicts between engineers and production workers, and motivating them to improve productivity.

Qualifications

Required academic qualifications: a bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering field such as mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical/electronic engineering, or chemical engineering.
Manufacturing field experience: at least 10–15 years of factory experience in automotive climate control parts, home appliances such as air conditioners, and precision machinery parts.
Process management experience: understanding of essential process technologies for manufacturing air conditioner parts, including injection molding, pressing, welding, assembly, and painting.
Experience in IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 quality management system certification and audit response.
Experience in managing outsourced/onshibank personnel
Experience in establishing a fast-track training system based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to prevent quality incidents among short-term personnel during peak seasons.
Compliance with BOI and local regulatory requirements: adherence to raw material and equipment management regulations to maintain benefits from the Board of Investment in Thailand (BOI).
Supervision of compliance with environmental regulations and industrial estate (IEAT) occupational health and safety regulations in the Rayong area.
Application of innovative techniques: achievements in introducing and improving Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, 5S, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) techniques in actual workplaces.
