Job Descriptions

- Work with the CEO to develop cohesive and productive goals for the company and design strategies to achieve them - Lead team and direct project completion in line with company goals - Formulate short and long-term goals and strategies for achieving them - Evaluate the status of the industry and the market to ensure the delivery of relevant strategy to complete the company goals - Develop and implement the overall vision and strategy for the organization - Manage and mentor teams, including Manager, supervisors, collectors and admins - provide guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality and consistent and increasing debt collection - Work closely with all departments, to ensure compliance and consistence debt collection - Report monthly collection report to share holder - Take accountability of performance of all collection teams - Providing guidance to all manager, providing guidance and best practice - Driving company's operations - Driving company mission and core value - Analyzing data to build strategic planning and growth - Identify potential problems and recommend solution - Conducts all necessary inspections and audits; develops and implements plans of actions - Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports - Solve and dispute with employers - Forecast future collection target - Create KPI for each team, aligning with the overall company goals
