Job Descriptions1.Developing strategy, roadmap, merchandising plan to grow sales and profit of HomePro Market Place.
2.Working with SVP Digital business to build Market Place business model as well as financial model of HomePro Market place.
3.Work with SVP to define Revenue and Profit target of HomePro Market Place.
4.Analyze market trend, consumer behavior trend in order to align merchandising plan with market opportunities
5.Develop and execute marketplace assortment and seller strategy that will accelerate existing merchandising plans.
6.Lead and coach Market Place Business Partner team in identifying, building, and scaling towards strategic marketplace sellers.
7.Lead complex negotiations and remove seller barriers in order to grow business together.
8.Be a voice of HomePro’s marketplace and support sellers’ efforts to integrate into our platform.
9.Manage and develop a strong team to monitor and drive revenue & seller performance to meet and exceed revenue and profit target.
10.Partner with Digital Marketing Team to optimize sales and margin from promotion campaign, online media and advertising, customer segmentation.
