Position : Account Executive / Account Manager

Highly Persuasive is a strategic branding agency for hospitality, b2b & corporate brands that need to stand out & get noticed in competitive & crowded industries. We help clients in Southeast Asia & around the world create attention-grabbing branding, design, marketing & advertising. We are now looking for a proven Senior Account Executive to join our team in Bangkok.


You will be the client’s main point of contact with the agency on a day-to-day basis throughout the entirety of the client relationship.

+ Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

+ Upsell exisiting clients on new projects and services

+ Research, develop & understand customer needs and requirements

+ Meet with clients in person, over the phone, and through email to win new business (Occasional local & international travel required)

+ Preparing design, marketing & advertising presentations & proposals with help from the marketing & design team for new or existing clients

+ Act as the primary communicator on all client-agency communication

+ Provide project update reports to clients on a daily or weekly basis through email, phone or in person as required.

+ Proactively check in with clients to stay top of mind and manage the relationship while also periodically upselling services

+ Manage the overall performance objectives, expectations, and progress of the secured accounts and projects

+ Represent the agency in all public settings, such as interviews, exhibitions, trade shows and more (paid travel)

+ Other tasks as directed

  Fundamental understanding of client relationship management, development and consultative selling
  Expert communicator and with strong presentations skills & a likeable personality
  Understands consultative selling & high-level relationship building
  Able to manage entire projects from conception to finalization, including meetings, proposals, negotiations, closing, updates, and project management
  4+ Years Experience in Account Management position with high ticket sales. Bonus points if you've worked in an account management position in branding, marketing or advertising agency.
  Excellent Written & Verbal English Communication (Chinese Language a Plus)
  Able to juggle multiple projects and account at once
  Self starter with ability to work independently and in group setting
