Position : IT Customer Service

1.Get information from customer via email / phone or mobile phone, open incident and follow the status until finish and record incident and problem to database system investigate information from customer for example check error message or alarm from system
2.Contact second tier support when cannot solve the incident and follow up status until finish and then inform back to customer, inform customer to update status Create outage report for customer
3.Create summary monthly report for each service product
4.Inform schedule plan of True IDC to customer, update status schedule plan to customer
5.Get complaint from customer and record to database system and follow up responsible team until finish and inform customer

Location : True IDC, Bangkok land Building, Muang Thong Thani

No. of Position
  Bachelor’s degree of higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  1 years or above of relevant work experience, including experience with early stage
  Good knowledge of Network, System, VMWare tool and Cloud computing
  Good analytical and solving problem skills
  Experience with System Administration, Router and Firewall Configuration
  Fast learning, self-development and can be work under pressure
  Service mind and good personality and presenter
  Speaking and writing in English will be advantage
  Interest in new computer system (new product / new application / new technology)
  Speak Chinese as additional talent
