Job Descriptions
- มีหน้าที่ในการนำเสนอขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์ให้กับลูกค้า - พาลูกค้าเยี่ยมชมโครงการดูแลประสานงานจนเสร็จกระบวนการขาย ทั้งภายใน/นอกองค์กร อาทิเช่นการโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ กรมที่ดิน - ปิดการนำเสนอขายให้บรรลุตามเป้าหมายตามที่กำหนด - ดูแลและดำเนินการให้ทันต่อความต้องการของลูกค้า - ติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสาร สภาพตลาด กลุ่มลูกค้า คู่แข่ง แนวโน้นทางธุรกิจ ฯลฯ - ปฏิบัติระเบียบตามกฎนโยบายบริษัทฯและผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 25 -35 ปี
  2. การศึกษาระดับ ปวส.ขึ้นไป
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขาย หรืองานบริการลูกค้า อย่างน้อย 3 - 5 ปี
  4. หากมีประสบการณ์ ขายบ้านเดี่ยว ทาว์นเฮ้าส์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. สามารถปฎิบัติงานตามโครงการของบริษัทฯได้
  6. มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์, กระตือรือร้น พร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
  7. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
  8. มีใจรักในงานบริการ
  9. ตรงต่อเวลา ซื่อสัตย์
  10. พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ : ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ ฟังพูดอ่านเขียนในระดับดี
  11. บุคลิกดีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
