Job Descriptions
- Perform service provisioning to customers
- Provide service and support to datacenter and
internet customers
- Provide service request and remote hand services
to customers
- Monitor the status of customer's equipment in
datacenter and customer site
- First tier support and troubleshooting on data
center services
- Coordinate with related parties to provide
services and to solve the problem
Qualifications
- Male and Female, age more than 25 years old
- Bechelor degree in engineering, computer science or related fields
- 3 years experiences in network, system Data Center or IT services areas
- Good skill in Cisco, Fortigate and Palo Alto Network equipments are preferable.(CCNA certification an advantage)
- Good communication skill, Good team working and Services mind
- Good command of English
- Able to work in cool place
- Available to work in shift
