• Working within established guidelines, • Manage and develop the telemarketing unit to meet premium, productivity, • Strategic objectives for the unit, through cold calls, lead generation and campaign sales • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action

Qualifications

Male / Female Age 27-40 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any fields
Has experience in managing telemarketing team ( Outbound TM or Service to Sales team in Insurance or Banking Business)
Excellent and effective in verbal and written communications in native language
Good Convincing and motivating skill
Previous successful experience in Direct Client selling, where the product is intangible is preferred
Experience in working in a computerized environment.
High level of interpersonal skills at multiple levels
