Position : Customer Service Advocate - Thai Speaker

Responsibilities
• Support Google customers for online marketing and campaigns on Google AdWords.
• Communicates to customers via phone, email or chat for any issues related to their interaction with Google AdWords and Google My Business platforms
• Manage the relationship between Google and its customers resulting in increased business by providing consultative advice sales solutions.
• Tell us how we can be better and act as a voice for users/advertisers to provide product and process improvement opportunities back to Google

Qualifications
  Bachelor Degree in any field
  Willing to work in KL, Malaysia
  Native Thai Speaker
  Good English
  Team worker
