Job Descriptions
- วางแผนความต้องการวัตถุดิบ(Raw Material) หรือ สารประกอบ(Ingredient)ต่างๆในอาหาร - จัดหาและตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติของผู้ขายสินค้าตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายทั้งภายในและต่างประเทศ - ติดต่อประสานงาน/ต่อรองกับผู้ขายสินค้า เพื่อขอรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับราคาและเงื่อนไขในการซื้อต่างๆ - จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อสินค้าเสนอให้ผู้มีอำนาจอนุมัติ - ติดตามการส่งมอบวัตถุดิบหรือประสานงานกับตัวแทนการจัดการขนส่งเพื่อดำเนินการเรื่องภาษีศุลกากรรวมทั้งติดต่อผู้ใช้วัตถุดิบเกี่ยวกับการรับมอบและเอกสารการจัดซื้อ - จัดทำรายงานการสั่งซื้อสินค้า - รับผิดชอบต่อการควบคุมวัตถุดิบคงคลังและปริมาณวัตถุดิบในคลังตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย - งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า (หากจบการศึกษาด้าน Food Science มา จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  2. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน)
  3. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ในระดับดี (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน)
  4. มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองและการสร้างสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่นทั้งในและองค์กรได้เป้นอย่างดี
  5. สามารถพูดจาสื่อสาร และนำเสนองานกับผู้บริหารระดับสูงได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
  6. สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างประเทศได้
  7. ประสบการณ์ด้านงานจัดซื้อต่างปีะเทศ 3-5 ปี
  8. หากมีประสบการณ์จัดซื้อกับประเทศจีนจะพิจารณษเป็นพิเศษ
