You will spearhead HR operations in Thailand, ensuring alignment with global standards while adapting to local dynamics. Key responsibilities include:
•Strategic Leadership: Develop HR frameworks (recruitment, compensation, performance, training) compliant with Thai labor laws
•Team Building: Lead recruitment for key roles, fostering a diverse workforce blending local talent and expatriate expertise
•Employee Relations: Resolve cross-cultural conflicts, design engagement programs, and promote German-Thai cultural integration
