อัตราบริษัท ไฟฟ้าเซกอง จำกัด (XPPL) ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในกลุ่มบริษัท พอนสัก จำกัด (Phonesack Group Co., Ltd) ได้ดำเนินโครงการขุดเจาะและทำเหมืองถ่านหิน เพื่อก่อสร้างเป็นโรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานความร้อนจากถ่านหิน ซึ่งมีกำลังการผลิต 300 เมกะวัตต์ (MW) และมีแผนขยายเป็น 1,800 เมกะวัตต์ (MW) ในอนาคตอันแก้นี้ โดยตั้งอยู่ที่ เมืองกะลึม แขวงเซกอง ปัจจุบันมีพนักงานมากกว่า 500 คน ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ กำลังขยายโครงการขุดเจาะถ่านหินเพื่อตอบสนองกำลังการผลิตให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการ และสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานจริงของบริษัทฯ พวกเรากำลังมองหาผู้สมัครเพื่อมาร่วมงานและเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการนำพาทีมงานให้เติบโตอย่างไม่หยุดยั้งตามแผนงานในอนาคต

Xekong Power Plant Limited (XPPL), is one of the companies under Phonesack Group Co., Ltd., implementing a project related to coal mining for the development of a coal-fired thermal power plant with a generation capacity of 300 MW, with plans to expand to 1,800 MW in the near future, committed to delivering reliable, safe, and sustainable power to support economic growth and community development in Lao PDR. The project is located in Kaleum District, Xekong Province, Lao PDR. The company currently employs more than 500 employees. At present, the project is being expanded into coal mining operations to ensure a sufficient fuel supply to meet the company's power generation capacity requirements and to support full-scale operational activities.
