Central Retail today has become Thailand’s leading multi-format, multi-category and omnichannel retailing platform. The company continues to grow internationally, securing its leadership status in Italy and is recognised as one of Vietnam’s retail leaders.

The reason behind our success is embedded within our constant desire to innovate. It is reflected in our consistent efforts throughout the years to drive the evolution of consumer lifestyles and shopping habits by introducing new retail formats that serve diverse needs and create distinctive experiences.

And in ensuring our consumers are in touch with the newest experiences possible, we take pride in pioneering omnichannel retailing in Thailand. By bridging our customers’ physical and virtual worlds, we enable shopping experiences that are more seamless and intuitive than ever. In fact, our webstore is currently the most visited webstore amongst retailers that primarily operate physical stores.

Behind our portfolio of diverse retail banners known for its leading market positions across categories is the iconic “Central” brand whose reputation for delivering the best, customer-centric approach to retailing dates to over 70 years in Thailand.
