Responsibilities:
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/annual targets
• Manage overall store operations, showroom standards, and customer experience
• Lead and supervise a team of 2 staff members; provide coaching to ensure high service quality
• Handle key customers, consult on product selection, and deliver luxury-level service
• Manage stock, product display, store workflow, and daily operational tasks
• Coordinate with HQ on promotions, marketing activities, and after-sales service
• Prepare sales reports and implement initiatives to improve store performance
