รายละเอียดงาน
- Supporting production improvement tasks between Production and Engineering.
- Create a trial plan for improving and up productivity in the production process.
- Design Layout and Jig Fixture for improvement line.
- Monitoring the result of operation and status.
- Issue work instruction and standard new part process.
- Preparing related documents such as NG, Scrap, Mold status report.
- Manage to repair and develop mold.
- Control mold repair, new model and improve the production process.
- Analysis and solving other tasks for the engineering team.
- System improvement and working method to create for increase efficiency for mold and productivity.
- Coordinate with maker or customer for a problem-solving job
- Other job assignments from Supervisor/Manager
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female, Age over 25 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Faculty of Polymer, Rubber, Plastic Technology, Tool & Die, Mold design, Mechanical, Production Industrial, Electrical or related filed.
- At least 2 years of experience in Automotive manufacturing
- Good communication, proactive, hard work and positive thinking
- Have knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, Core Tools, 8D Report, 5Why, QC 7 Tools and other methods in related fields
- Able to strong analysis problem & action
