1. Responsibility for strategic planning to maintain existing marketplace seller.
2. Identify Seller’s need and potential solutions to serve existing and new seller.
3. Identify Client’s need and potential solutions to serve existing client.
4. Ability to communicate to the Seller in identifying root cause of such a movement and come up with solutions.
5. Lead related project to ensure the project will be roll-out within limited timeline.
6. Building good relationships and trust with clients Able to conduct related report or project result to manager and management team.
7. Ability to build-up team to support assigned tasks and projects.
8. Set key performance indicator to assess team performance and result of projects.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in the related fied.
- Have negotiation skill, service mind, and positive thinking.
- Excellent in English or Chinese writing and communication.
