Job Descriptions
Job Description : • Solving problems for customers who live at condominium • Ensure that all owners and tenants follow rules and regulations of building • Handle all documents and reports regarding to manager's tasks • Manage and prioritize agendas and appointments • Follow up on assignments and projects until completion and make sure all customers are satisfied with the deliveries
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in any field
  2. Good command in English with TOEIC score of at least 600 points
  3. Good command in Chinese and passed HSK level 5 up will be preferred
  4. Welcome new graduate or at least 1year of experience in Administrative or Customer service function will be preferred
  5. Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
  6. Great interpersonal and coordination skills
  7. Detail and goal-oriented
  8. Proactive and great problem solver
  9. Can be able to work 6 days/week
