- Experience in content or labeling moderation is preferred.
- Prior experience in quality assurance within moderation operations is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills, essential for QA responsibilities.
- Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop effective action plans to improve quality performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively cascade knowledge and updates to the team.
