- Control & oversee the operations of final process to ensure the final products are meet to standard and the customer requirements - Control and maintain the inspector certify system as planned. - Create the action plan for continuous improvement of the final process. - Finding and analysis the issues and think of the best solutions where arise at the final process - Monitor the defect rate and cooperate with concerned department for improvement. - Summarize and make the KPI report to submit the Superior. - Participate APQP team and Core tool review. - Deep analysis to develop the working methods to reduce the risks and unneccessary cost of operations. - Create and review the working standard or instructions of the final inspection process.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Male, age around 25 years old
  2. Bachelor of Engineering in any related field
  3. At least 3 years of working experience in the similar position from Automotive Parts industry
  4. Communicable in English and proficient in MS. office
  5. Good knowledge of IATF16949
  6. Logical & analytical skills with flexibility
  7. Pleasant personality and interpersonal skills.
