รายละเอียดงาน
•Create and brainstorm on the Visual Merchandising for VM seasonal theme with VM manager.
•Following a brief, developing concepts through sketches, mood boards and 3D visualization.
•Working on concepts and designs for in-store experiences such as props , signage, eye catching.
•Work and Coordinate with Printing and Props suppliers.
•Understanding the process in identifying and sourcing props for VM themes.
•Working within a budget and negotiating with suppliers on visual materials follow up and ensure that sample and final projects are done smoothly and in timely manner.
•To have responsibility for VM at shop front according to the VM guidelines.
•To conduct frequent store visit to ensure appropriate visual solutions are implemented and coordinate the cascade of brand VM guidelines in store and ensure brand integrity is maintained at all times.
•Provide guidance to store team when using filler stock/spaces
•Ensure standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained to standard.
•Report any store presentation issues to shop manager/area manager.
•Developing VM guidelines and sharing store install pictures.
•Communicate the following visual merchandise standards to Shop manager.
•Follow up of all guidelines issued from Shop manager.
•Ensure the product is displayed in an appealing way.
•Support stores in maintaining store presentation for all brands and fixtures.
•Train store teams on VM best practices and expectations.
•Provide support to new store openings to ensure a smooth VM set up.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education: Bachelor degree in Arts or related field.
- Years of Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a visual merchandiser or similar role (an experience in retail business would be an advantage.)
- Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, visual software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of innovative visual merchandising trends and best practices.
- Previous experience within a similar environment.
- Results – orientated and resourceful.
- Strong Planning, organization and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge in makeup and beauty business would be a plus
